Beginning his career as a Realtor ® in south Jersey, Paul focused on renting, listing and selling properties before transitioning into the mortgage aspect of the transaction. In 1991, he started his own mortgage company, Upland Mortgage Corp. By 199, it grew into one of the most successful regional mortgage companies and was sold to a Fortune 1,000 company.
Since then, Paul has concentrated on the purchase, investment and renovation of over 25 properties. Beginning with the purchase of residential land, he then developed, built and sold single family homes, while continuing to stay proficient in the mortgage industry. After writing several books on real estate and mortgage business, he moved to Miami in 2008 and purchased two properties for himself.
With deep roots in the real estate sector and a fundamental appreciation on the value and love for real estate in Miami, Paul now focuses on what he does best…living, eating, playing and working in paradise.
